Field-Verified Survey
The purpose of the field-verified survey is to identity groundwater users in the area; collect background groundwater information from the landowner(s); and to inform landowner(s) of the applicant's application to divert groundwater in the area.
When a field-verfied survey is required, it will consist of identifying all groundwater source(s) within at least a 1,600- metre radius of the applicants point of diversion.

- Non-Pumping (Static) Water Level (NPWL)
- Historical Chemical Analyses
- Historical Aquifer Test Data
